The checkout time is before 10H30.

The continental breakfast is included in the room price and served from 8h00 to 10h00.

​An "revisited" English Breakfast can be served for an additional charge of 5€ ( must be booked at least 24h before).

The Dog's night is charge of an additional 5€.

The service of a day dog's pension will cost you 15€, after agreement with the owner.

The room's invoice or additional fees not payed online must be payed at the guest arrival.

All cancellation must be notified at least 15 days in advance. After that time, the totality of the bill will be due without any refund.

All rooms are smoke free, ashtray will be provided outside if needed.

Reservations can only be made with the booking contract and after approval by the owner. Please send back the form with the deposit required, minimum 1 night cost or 20 % of the total amount of your stay. Provisional booking will be held for a 15 days, after which your booking will be cancelled.

The guest cannot stay on the accommodation after the period of hire originally agreed upon in the present contract without agreement of the owner. Modifications (deletion, corrections, etc.) in the contract are not valid without the consent of both parties.

The tenant will enjoy his tenancy in a peaceful way and make use of it according to it's determination. It's forbidden to smoke inside.

The present contract is made out for the maximum number of peoples written out in the renting contract. If the number of tenants exceed the maximum stated in the contract the owner can refuse the extra peoples. All modifications or breach of contract will be considered at the initiative of the client. If this clause is not respected by the tenant, the owner can refuse the tenant. In this case, there will be no refund.

Tourist tax : It's a tax collected on the behalf of the commune. (0,60 per adulte per night)

​

In case of cancellation, I keep the deposit amount. If you notify me minimum 15 days before the arrival, you can report your stay and use this deposit to come back up to 1 year later.

Pets are accepted after owner approval .
